We’ll show you how.

You do not need previous diving experience or knowledge of the equipment. An introductory session with an instructor takes you through the basics, step by step, at your own pace.

    Get to know the basics on shore

    Your instructor will explain the equipment, breathing through a regulator and the hand signals used underwater.

  2. 02

    Take time to feel comfortable

    Start with basic skills in shallow water. Get used to the new sensations and ask as many questions as you need.

  3. 03

    Make your first discoveries

    Your introductory dive takes place under an instructor’s supervision, in conditions suited to your ability.

We work with local dive centres to help you choose the right programme, from your first underwater experience to routes for experienced divers.
